  One of the worst companies we have ever had to deal with. May they have added a Surcharge because of the US Currency still have not removed it (This was not in our Contract) They are billing us more then what our contract states and when I bring it up say "you are just being difficult". They don't bring back the things we send. Say they are lost and try to charge us for them. They can't count. At one point we had to count our own linens and text the amount to our sales manager because the warehouse couldn't do it. I can't wait until this contract is up. Also be aware of their auto renewal and make sure you send a letter through certified mail so they have to sign they received it. Shady Shady business
