- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2020-01-24, by Megan HammellI brought in my Gramma’s 2014 Buick Encore recently because the heat had stopped working. I had no appointment but was taken care of immediately. The problem with the car turned out to be more serious then we thought and ended up taking the majority of the day. The mechanic ended up staying late to finish the job and we were treated excellently. Both my Gramma and I were very happy with the whole experience.
