  This company will overcharge you every chance they get. I just received an invoice for $1,384 to change a smoke detector... The labour part, which took less than on hour, was $880.00. Unfortunately, they have proprietary software and no other company can work on panels they installed so once you have a Chubb Edwards panel, you are stuck with them. If you are looking at installing a fire panel, make sure the company that will install it does not have proprietary parts or software.
