  This is a great place to take your vehicle if you're expecting quality service on the front and back end. I've gotten to know some of their mechanics as well as their receptionist Elizabeth. Elizabeth has done a fantastic job of explaining things to me in a very simple way which is greatly appreciated. Her patience and kindness is also a great asset to the team and I hope they realize they're very lucky to have her. Thank you guys for an overall great service experience one of the best I have had in the Auto industry in my last 10 years living in Burnaby. The only reason I haven't graded at five stars is due to a recent project which was a little slow and the communication could have been a bit better. I understand things get very busy with customers and it's hard to be perfect but at the same time they could have booked less projects and been a little clearer with me in the communication.
