  I misplaced one of my shopping bags today at the store and it was near closing time...the staff was so insensitive and rude towards this...they just took my number and told me if they find it they would let me know...they were not even sensitive enough to empathize....i am new to canada and wanted to know how can i request for cctv footage to see if i kept the bag somewhere but i was not given any contact number or details of how i can do it...so disheartened and disappointed...dis not really expect this...i hope they really take note...i lost new stuff worth $100...a little sensitivity and helpful attitude would have helped...i guess famous brands dont require customers anymore :(

  I just want to understand why are the employees so rude and disrespectful I don't even ask questions because how they respond to me, I still go get the things I need now a days but I never ask or even bother to call any of them. About Two months ago I asked one of the girls to get a shirt down for me that was hung on the wall she gets it down and before I even say thank you she smacking her gum and rolling her eyes and walks away, they seem so insecure that they let their anxiety and frustration on the costumers themselves. I understand the chaos and the challenges they face during work time especially in a mall because I use to work in a clothing store in my college years but that doesn't give you any right to be rude to your costumers at least fake it.
