  I was most pleased with the punctuality and quality of service and to get exactly what one orders is not easy these days. It was a very good experience and I am in the process of using Arlene's again ! G.H.T.

  Very poor customer service. An Arlene's sales rep recommended Levolor blinds for our bedrooms. A few months later when repairs were needed to the blinds, Arlene's had stopped supplying and supporting all Levolor products. We were left with broken blinds and Arlene's would not help get them fixed. On a second occasion, we wished to reupholster a leather piece of furniture and asked for a leather sample to take home. The sales rep ignored a written request for several weeks. When she finally replied, we were told we can't get the sample (ever!) because their delivery guy was sick. Despite the bad service, we made the mistake of buying a Hunter Douglas blind from Arlene’s . When that blind needed warranty repair, Arlene’s would not offer assistance in shipping the blind. Very disappointing. Costco would have been a better option.
