  I know people only post when there is bad reviews. Please take into consideration all the people who are actually taking the time to post. One bad review is one to many. I hired these people to do a job and made a deposit. They never got back to me with a date to start the job 6 weeks went by. I asked for my money back and they kept almost half of the deposit even though it was their fault. They said, it was over the 10 days. YAH! I called weekly with a promise for call back and still nothing. I feel they extended me over the 10days so they can keep my money. This is horrible service. Not a sales person called to try and save the sale and no follow up after I requested the rest of my money back. They kept saying I was in the right yet did not take responsibility for their actions. PLEASE PLEASE for the amount of money you are spending you do not need this service. I am now taking this further to obtain my full deposit back. Shame on you Bath Fitters for horrible service and not making customers a priority. Just look at these reviews.
