  I order online and I am super happy with the service. A lot of these products I can't find in Kelowna, and over $100 is free shipping, so I wait until I need a few things and place an order; plus the product prices are fair - when I have compared some products that are available in town, they're the same price or better. They communicate well and shipping times are reasonable. They ship via Canada Post, and shipping updates are via email so you always know what's going on. Frozen products come with cold packs and I've never had anything damaged. Sometimes availability on popular prodcuts is shotty, but that's understandable - I just check back to the website frequently. Happy and thankful!

  The one girl (wish I took notice of her name) was so helpful and informative. She knew the products they carry very well. The selection at the store is great! They will attempt to order things in that may not be on their shelves.
