  I was in the Bluenotes location in Lougheed Mall, Burnaby, on Dec.12. I have not been much of a shopper there, but was curious as to the type of jeans they had. I walked and found a pair. The young girl there, about 20 something, asked me if I needed help. I told her that for the moment I was fine. Then she said. "Oh, those jeans are for skinny people." I looked at her and then the pair of jeans, which had rips and tares all down the legs. I told her that I was looking for jeans without rips and tares. She sarcastically said to me. "This is how they are made, this is the style" By this time, I had enough. I put the pair of jeans I was holding back on the rack, and said. "Fine. You wear them" And I left. This was the worst experience ever. I am not a fat person. I do not have a weight problem and I am not chubby. This airhead needs to get a life, and to watch what she says to people. I will NEVER shop at Bluenotes. At this time of year, your employees need to learn some proper conduct and be able to deal with the public a hell of a lot better than this.
