  Beware of them upselling you a protection plan for your device. They have assured me that if I pay extra for insurance for my phone I would have my device replaced with the same phone in the event that my phone is damaged or stops working with no extra charge or hidden fees. Well they LIED. There is a deductible depending on what kind of device you own. To replace my phone I would have to pay $224. Given that I have been paying insurance at $11 for months now I could have easily bought a new device off the internet for the same amount. Thanks Rogers for being honest and making consumers like me think that you actually care. What a let down.
