Called to inquire about an item, put on hold 5 times via to 3 different people. They didn’t have the item in my size, so asked if they could check a different location. They said they didn’t have it either. And then named other stores that “may or may not have it but can’t be sure”. Just went to the other sport chek location and they had plenty in store. Unsure why I was lied to or if they couldn’t check. But highly unprofessional.
